Glossary Import & Export
If you're updating your business documentation, this is the feature for you! Business glossary import and export allows you to easily export your existing glossary terms, make updates and additions, and upload them back in to Select Star.
With our latest release, you can export your existing glossary terms, make edits, add additional terms, and re-upload the CSV to apply the changes in bulk. Glossary import requires edit permissions and allows users to set

More Lineage Updates! - Undo/Redo, Leaf nodes UI, Filter for Direct Downstream Dashboards
Following hot on the heels of our rollout of the Upgraded Lineage Explorer, we've got three very exciting updates!
Lineage Explorer - Undo / Redo
Have you ever clicked a column that was the wrong one, or accidentally open / close all downstream lineage? Now you can undo/redo your steps as you navigate through the lineage explorer. Simply click undo in the top right hand to go back to the previous state.
Leaf Node UI
Leaf nodes are the nodes on your lineage tree that do not have further lineage. Select Star will quickly show you which tables have no upstream or downstream lineage at a glance.
Filter for Direct Downstream Dashboards
Downstream Dashboards is very helpful in indicating which dashboards will ultimately be impacted by a change to this table, however, it can be hard to discern the directly impacted dashboards vs the ones impacted through downstream tables.
Lineage distance provides that additional visibility to let you know which dashboards are immediately downstream and sort and filter to the ones you need.
